Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and the features included are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are subject to the terms presented at checkout, and you are responsible for all charges on your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the music, recordings and other content you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any material you upload or analyse with our services.

Intellectual Property

Our courses, lessons, practice examinations, recordings, graphics and software are owned by The Music Stem or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. “Funny How This Goes” is the work of Rosan Sharma. Third-party sounds are listed on our Sound Credits page.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, collecting content by automated means, or sharing practice examinations or answer materials.

Examination Preparation

Our practice examinations are independently developed for educational purposes and are not official examination papers. We do not guarantee examination results. Please read our Educational and Examination Disclaimer.

Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or include services provided by others, including private lessons with Rosan Sharma booked through a third-party scheduling service. Those services are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
