Information collected automatically. When you use our services we collect lesson test answers, results and course progress, linked to a random learner identifier stored in a cookie. Our servers also record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Information stored on your device. Your saved work, recordings, settings and lesson progress are stored in your browser. Audio from your microphone and files you upload for analysis are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve our services, record your progress and test results, issue and verify certificates, respond to enquiries, process payments, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We use a cookie that is strictly necessary to link your lesson tests, results and certificates to your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings, although some features may then not work.

Payments

Certificate verification pages display the name and course shown on the certificate to anyone holding its code.
